Trout Fishing
what size rooster tail should I use for trout fishing in streams?
I trout fish streams in Pennsylvania. Should the size of the rooster tail depend on the size and depth of the stream or river?
Stream 1/32/, 1/16, to 1/8 and as for the rivers I'd go with somethin' a bit larger say 1/4 to 3/8 depending on the current/water flows. Personally when it comes to Inline spinners for trout I go with either Panther Martin and or Blue Fox <);-3

Note: Size will also be dictated by what size/type species your fishin' for and again the currents of both stream and rivers. Also bout' the best knot for them Inline spinners be a' Palomar (link) tied directly to eye of spinner. Be my personal fav but, there's times when I'll go with the Clinch knot...
