Verizon Phones- enV or Glyde????

i'm getting a new phone and i can't decide between the

supposedly the enV is a better phone, i think. but the Glyde has touch screen but idk if it will mess up a lot or not. they're the same price for me so don't worry about that. they're basically the same size, the enV is a little wider, also a teeny tiny bit thinner and shorter. its like .005 of an inch tho.

if you have one of these phones please say like the pros and cons and everything about the phone. it would really help me. =]
that kinda helps, but i'm still kinda stuck. what exactly is wrong w/ the Glyde, does is break or is it just a bad phone? Why did it 'fail' or 'go wrong'? any specific problems with it?

I was in the same situation as you, 12 days ago. I wanted the glyde because of the touch screen, and the fact that it "glydes" up. BUT, my friend got a glyde before me, and he said it is cool, but he also says the touch screen is hard to use at times, and that its keyboard is hard to text on, so i went to the verizon store 12 days ago still unaware of my choice, i played with each of the phones for a while.
The glyde is nice, but texting on it was harder than the env2 even when i have small fingers, and when your taking a picture and you hit the button, it takes at least 3 seconds, THEN i actually takes the picture. And it's touch screen didn't exactly "WOW" me.

On the other hand. The env 2 is Fabulous. Very nice, slim, and sleek. Very glamorous, fits very nicely in your pocket, the QWERTY keyboard is outstanding, can get removeable memory (micro SD). You can also put music on it, Its 2.0 mega pixel camera is phenomenal. Great with pictures, and recording videos, can also edit pictures. You can customize the phone to the way you like it, meaning changing the background format, or the way the clock looks.
So yes there are MANY MANY MANY features on the env 2. These are only some of the features that i can remember off of the top of my head. So get the env 2 it will ROCK YOUR WORLD. AN OUTSTANDING PHONE. I got one few weeks ago and havent had any problems.
