Series Mosquito
Severe muscle/joint aches, blood tests clear.?
About a week after a series of mosquito bites I started to ache in just about every joint in my body-(could be coincidence as nothing is confirmed yet). My doctor sent me for blood tests and to specifically check for Ross River. Blood tests all came back negative and I slowly (over a couple of weeks) started to feel better. But now less than a month later have this aching in my wrist, elbow, hand, knee and feet joints, severe enough that it doesn’t disappear with anti-inflamtories or painkillers. Rheumatoid arthritis and ANA tests are negative.
General day to day tasks are near impossible during the worse waves of pain. No fever of headaches but I feel nauseaous its that painful.Any ideas? Location Australia
fibromyalgia. What you described fits my son to a T and his rhuemetologist diagnosed fibro after 3 days in a hospital running every for disease that test known to man kind that causes chronic pain in the joints and bones
