It's the Holiday Season and they are more than likely swamped with orders. Don't worry, it will be there. It might come a week later than expected, but it will arrive. And rememb3e, it says it takes 2-5 days once shipped. Another reason may be that your order was an automatic one. If that's the case, and the people at the company are on vacation, it will be shipped later than usual anyway. Call them just to be safe.
