Mono High
How long does mono last?
I have never had mono before. In high school, a girl on my tennis team had it and was out of school for almost a month, and they said that was a bad case of mono, because it usually lasts a little under a month or less.
I am sure it can get pretty long. But have you ever heard of any case where the person had mono for almost 8 months, and still lives to tell about it, healthy and all??
Just wondering if it's possible. Thanks.
i had it this summer, it SUCKED! i was only out of work for a week, but i felt tired/weak for about a month. generally it lasts for 1-2 months, but it is possible to last longer. 8 months sounds like a really long time, but if a person's immune system is low enough, i'm sure it could happen.
