Fly Fishing Question!?
I would like to buy a fly fishing tying kit for an avid fly fisherman for Christmas (this is what he said he wants) but I know nothing about fly fishing or what should be in this kit (or where to get one!!!) I would really appreciate your suggestions. Thank you so much for your time.
A fly tying kit is a great gift and as a obsessed fly fisherman i think cabelas has the best equipment, if he does not have the equipment already then he will need a fly ting vice, a simple in expensive one Will do for starting also some tools are needed to make different flies eg dries and poppers

This kit may be a little over budget but by buying all the items separatly it generally costs more unless you know hat you need.

If i were to buy this and you had a limited budget a kit may cost too much so my advice would be too get the vice and the tools then let other family members etc get him hooks and feathers.

Also there is a good chance that if you order this now it will arrive in time for christmas, the kit is good quality for the price, if you decide on another kit however make sure ithas a guide of some kind as its hard to get started in fly tying.
