Is Supra's Bravo Baby a good puppy food?
I have recently become the proud owner of an English Cocker Spaniel. She was brought up on the Barf diet but I have taken her off it as I am not prepared to do the whole Barf thing. I started feeding her Hills Puppy (gradually) but following much research I have found that Hills and the likes are in fact not that great after all. Also, because the first ingredient is Corn, she doesn't digest it so her poop sessions have increased too, which is a pain.
I have come across two fantastic foods overseas however they not available in South Africa - the one is Innova Puppy and other is ORIJEN Puppy.
My breeder suggests I use Supra Bravo Baby, available locally, which is manufactured in Brazil. The ingredient list is: Bovine meat and bone meal, Poultry viscera meal, Fish meal, Whole milk powder, Whole rice, Pre cocked corn, Poultry fat, Poultry digest, Wheat flour, Beet pulp, Yucca extract (0,01%), Yeast, Salt, Miineral, Vitamins, Antioxidant (BHT-0,01%).
Is this product good?
No, too many artificial ingredients, not good enough to build strong little bodies and minds
go to Nutro Max puppy, then all the stages thru life
I have feed it to my Min. Schnauzers for 14 yrs, and it makes for less stools, great coats and no dry skin....
