Can fly fishing tippet be substituted with regular fishing line?
I ran out of tippet and i dont want to run out to the store to buy more and i have plenty of regular fishing line.
Sure you can. It won't unfold as well, so I use it mostly with big bass lures. Keep to tippet for trout fishing 5x and under but for a temporary sub you can certainly get by with regular line.
