how to introduce fiber into my betta fish's diet?
since it wont eat anything other than blood worms.i'm afraid it will get constipated.

Do you mean live bloodworms? In which case that's a fine diet for Bettas, you can supplement with other live foods like daphnia, mosquito larvae and brine shrimp.
It's actually the processed foods that are more likely to cause constipation in fish. Also, freeze-dried bloodworms are not as good as frozen/live bloodworm. In the wild they would mostly live on similar critters and insect larvae anyway.
Try a high quality Betta pellet, I've had good success with Attison Betta Pro by Ocean Nutrition, it floats and is nutritionally balanced specifically for Bettas. I've never had a Betta turn it down.
