Noctowl
Nidoking - knows focus blast, shadow claw, surf, earth power
Meganium - knows earthquake
Rapidash
Dragonair - knows surf
Ampharos

PS dont list any legendary pokemon for the suggestion

Noctowl is pretty weak. Bad stats and doesn't learn many good moves. I would replace him with an aerodactyl, crobat, xatu or honchkrow.

I wouldn't recommend nidoking. Tyranitaur would be a far better pick if you want to train a pupitar to level55.

Take out that Ampharos. You don;t need an electric type since meganium can deal with water types and Nidoking/Tyranitaur can take out flying. Replace him with a water (Kingdra, Lapras, Gyarados) or a strong fighting type (Machamp, Hitmonlee).

Next to that it's pretty good. Dragonair is my favorite pokemon and he's really good to add to your line-up because of his good moves and good stats. Meganium is my fav starter and it is a good idea to add grass pokemon to ur line-up.
